Recommended Method To Upgrade Eu Rom To Eu Rom?

Hello,
i'm wondering what is the preferred method to upgrade my EU dev. ROM time to time? Eg. now i'm on 6.7.28 and like to be on the latest 6.8.4.
I guess i need TWRPing the new image but what options i need exactly to set in TWRP to possibly keep my apps and settings? Or a full wipe (factory reset) is recommended and re-install my every custom stuffs?

Redmi 3 Pro - Battery Issue

Hi all,

I have been having issues with a new Redmi 3 Pro. I've had it for about two weeks and I charge it only when it is below 10% and use it only when it hits 100% (no overcharging).

The phone is certified by Xiaomi (original device, checked the numbers)
The RAM usage seems to be very high even though I don't have any apps running (most often 1.1-1.2GB available out of 3GB)
The battery will drain 30% after just 2-3 hours of standby, barely any use
I do not use the phone while it is...

Good For Enterprise With Eu Rom

I am desperately looking to have a good rom with integrated playstore. The version I have just is riddled with problems with regards to crashing apps and syncing problems.

I was looking at the EU rom, however, it's talking about unlocking the bootloader and to add TWRP.

I need Good for Enterprise to be running on my phone (it's running now with the Chinese rom). However Good constantly checks for root access. Will this app work correctly after the new rom has been installed?

Ik heb een 3 pro van Gearbest (deze: Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 Pro 16GB 4G Phablet) en wil graag weten hoe ik bijvoorbeeld in Whatsapp (of Google of zo) het toetsenbord op Nederlandse woorden kan laten zoeken.
Ik bedoel dus een tab toevoegen met Nederlands (en dus autocorrect kan laten doen)

Google Authentication Problem Please Help Me

Hi,
my phone is:
  • Redmi 3 Pro
  • Android 5.1.1 LMY47V
  • Miui Global stable 7.3.2.0.0 (LHPCNDD)

After two weeks of perfect usage, a problem with Google services connection appeared:
can't sync, can't enter gmail, Play Market, can't add new Google account, etc.
I've tried:
  • deleting Play Market's cache - no results
  • removing current Google account - no success, "doesn't permitted by administrator"
  • add new Google account - no success, since there's no connection...

Redmi 3s All Day At Edge/gprs

Hi,
I have the same problem, the mobile stay at edge network even when I have 3G coverage/signal (tested with other mobile).

I have tried differents rooms but all have same issue

Could be any config at the engineering tool? and deselect the china bands??

For me looks like a bug

Android Os Battery Drain Standby

Just received the tablet yesterday. I installed 6.5.7 rooted and removed whetstone. The tablet is now smooth.

I came home from work and noticed only 60% battery remaining and have determined Android OS is the culprit.

Any ideas why this would be ?

Wifi Stop Traffic After 1-2 Minutes

Hi, few days ago, I've noticed that the WiFi connection was pretty slow and it's getting worse during the days reaching to losing the traffic after 1-2 minutes of connection. It shows that it's connected but it doesn't sends or recieves nothing at all.

I've installed TWRP recovery and then this ROM xiaomi.eu_multi_hermes_V7.1.3.0.LHMCNCK_v7-5.0 doing a Full Wipe and doesn't works.

Any idea for what's happening to my phone? I accept any help or idea.

Please I really need help.

I tried to flash eu rom throught twrp but when flash start the phone reboots and stuck at mi logo or get error executing updater binary zip ..Can someone help me?I flashed international stock rom with miflash and it succeed..I really need to flash eu rom.

I guys,

I have some issues with my Mi NotePro: When I bought it it was delivered with global ROM. As there were some bugs I decided to update with the following ROM: xiaomi.eu_multi_MINotePro_V7.5.4.0.LXHCNDE_v7-5.1.zip

The update went fine but I was not able to access to the PlayStore (no google services). So I decided to make a Factory data reset to solve this issue. However, since I am stocked with the following (english/Chinese) ROM: 7.5.4.0 (LXHCNDE).

I have just received my Mi Note Pro from Xiaomi Device and everything was fine except the total memory on the device was only 10GB. Since the installed files and operating system are around 2.5 GB in size, this leaves very little available user memory. Since this particular handset should have 64GB, something strange has occurred. Even the Mi Note model has at least 16GB of memory so that rules out the wrong handset being sent to me. Background Task/processes Crash Very Often

Hi guys,

I've bought a mi4c from china a couple of months ago and it's a very nice phone.

I haven't installed any rom manually but only updated it via the ordinary updating system.

One issue I've been facing pretty much from day zero is that background processes / tasks are very flaky and crash very often.

Three examples are:
1) Nike+ (software to track runs)
2) Runtastic (as above)
3) spotify, specially if the wifi is on.

Sometimes even maps crashes during usage...

hi.
phone (mine is a mi4c) saves the different lapses you use each time you start the timer.
those are in no order.
when you have a lot of different timer settings/lapses saved, you want them to be in order so you can choose between them or define a new one.
can that be done?
